Com­posed is a one day annu­al event cel­e­brat­ing men­tal well­ness by empow­er­ing Cre­ativ­i­ty & Com­po­si­tion.  Our mis­sion is to strength­en and increase aware­ness around men­tal health using music and the cre­ative arts. We want to help pro­vide aid and heal­ing in our com­mu­ni­ties while also work­ing to end the stig­ma sur­round­ing men­tal illness.
